Each situation is unique and requires tailored advice. Therefore, our fee is based on your specific needs. After the intake meeting, we’ll provide a proposal with the fee for our services.

If you agree with the fee, we’ll ask you to provide documents such as your passport, pay slips, annual financial statements, employer’s statement, and employment contract. This allows us to process your mortgage application smoothly and efficiently.

Hart Advies provides customized advice, not only examining the mortgage itself but also discussing risks related to death, disability, unemployment, and potential impacts on retirement age.

When your offer for a property is accepted, we will provide you with a market analysis. After this we will send your mortgage application to the lenders best suited your situation. We compare these lenders not only on interest rates but also on terms such as penalties for early sale, moving arrangements, and requirements for life insurance.

Based on the mortgage application, you’ll receive two offers. We’ll review these with you and prepare them for signing. Hart Advies will then handle all administrative processing and maintain contact with the bank, notary, real estate agent, and any insurance companies if applicable.
